Construction Management reviews and provides design recommendation to Capital Projects prior to advertisement of a bid, takes responsibility for management of the construction process from bid opening through project completion, evaluates any claims submitted by Contractors, performs all field quality control, prepares inspection reports, and handles all warranty work notification and verification.
