In an effort to reach a wider audience with our messages, Sonoma Water's strategic communications plan has expanded to now include online media and social networks. The goal of utilizing these online services is to expand our outreach to include a wider segment of our customers.
In the interest of transparency, we want our customers to better understand who we are and what we do, and be able to stay up to date on Sonoma Water topics and events regardless of what online service they use. We want to make it easy for our customers to share our message with their own social networks.
